If you are prevented from attending your appointment, you must give notice at least 24 hours before your treatment should start. You can easily cancel you appointment by calling me or sending an email. We do not accept cancellations by SMS or voicemail. 

If the terms of the cancellation are not complied with, it will cost 70% of the price when originally booked. 

If you miss a treatment without canceling, it will cost 100% of the price when originally booked.
